A new customer service operation will be opening in Brno, and is looking for members to join the team!

As part of a contract with a client in Germany, successful candidates will offer a high level of German-language customer support in the field of telecoms; troubleshooting any technical problems, arranging billing and tariffs, and offering information about new products.

Requirements

– An advanced level of German (C1+)
– Fluent English
– Excellent communication skills
– An enthusiastic person who enjoys working in a team
– Previous customer service experience is welcome but not essential
