Overview

We are looking for an experienced Network & DevOps Engineer to join an international technology company developing advanced connectivity and infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of data center infrastructure deployment, provisioning, and operations, with a strong focus on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

This opportunity is ideal for an engineer who views infrastructure as code and enjoys building scalable, repeatable, and efficient operational environments.

Job description

  • Design, automate, and maintain infrastructure deployment and provisioning processes
  • Manage production environment deployments and support operational stability
  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions
  • Create reliable, reusable, and testable automation tools and workflows
  • Handle environment monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and recovery activities
  • Collaborate across engineering teams to improve operational efficiency and deployment processes
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a software engineering role with significant infrastructure responsibility
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform (or comparable infrastructure automation tools)
  • Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong scripting or programming skills in technologies such as Python, Go, Bash, or similar
  • Experience operating and supporting production environments, including deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
  • Ability to work across infrastructure, systems, and network layers to identify and resolve issues
  • Strong automation mindset with a focus on scalability, consistency, and repeatability
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience using modern AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering work
  • Professional proficiency in English and Czech
