Job Title: Expert Helpdesk Retail Support
Location: Prague 4, Czech Republic (Office-Based)
Contract Type: Full-Time, 1-Year Fixed Term (with potential extension)
About the Role
We are currently seeking an Expert Retail Support for a leading international company in the energy sector. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical and administrative skills who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Excel. While this position involves some technical aspects, it is not an IT-focused role.
As an integral part of the Retail Support team, you will collaborate closely with retail sales managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations, accurate data management, and effective support for a network of retail stations. Fluent English is essential, as the role requires regular cooperation with international stakeholders.
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:
- Provide daily support to internal retail teams, partners, and 3rd parties on various operational tasks (e.g., inventory, supplies, recruitment, complaint handling).
- Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for retail-related queries.
- Data and IT Management:
- Maintain and update data in key retail support tools (e.g., RISI, Contractus, SAP).
- Act as a key user for specific IT systems, including testing system updates before launch.
- Monitor point-of-sale (POS) transactions and resolve errors.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses to support stakeholders.
- Administrative and Compliance Support:
- Manage contracts, permits, and documentation in line with local legal requirements.
- Support audits and internal controls processes.
- Project Involvement:
- Assist with optimization and digitalization initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in Czech (C2) and English (C1) (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel is a must); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Technical affinity and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities.
