EXHIBITOR OPTIONS

The attendance is expected at 3.000 participants (exclusive registration). At the physical events, exhibitors report to have collected between 100-300 resumes in 1 event day; the industrial standard is double or triple at the virtual events.

Every company at the virtual fair will have:

  • Possibility of scheduling 1 live streaming session any time in 3 days of the event
  • Possibility of adding up to 12 recruiters to the exhibition booth for a live chat and online meetings

TECH SET UP

What you need to create your online exhibition booth:

When you register, we will send you a link to a page where you can upload and modify all following details. You can set up your page and edit your details any time before the event, however, we recommend doing that at least two weeks prior the event.

Text: You will need a square logo, contact details, slogan, and company description. We recommend adding a link to your privacy policy and terms & conditions in the company's description.

Live Info Session: Live Info Session link to the service you like to use (Zoom Meeting, Google Hangouts Meet, Vimeo Livestream, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business,...)

Graphics: Flyer image - recommended image dimensions: 1280px x 720px, link to your company video.

Documents: You can upload two hand out for people to see and download (Maximum 2 handouts with 10 MB file size limit).

Booth Staff: names and emails

In-event Job Listing: Job title, description, location, employment type, "why join us?", applicant questions

Adding presentations to agenda: You will be asked for presentation times, speakers' names, emails and photos, and presentation titles and descriptions + live stream link or pre-recorder video link

Tutorial session for exhibitors on Zoom with our team-member: on request - 3 sessions, 3 and 2 weeks before the job fair start

The virtual event including the web app and mobile app is GDPR compliant for the EU participants.
