You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the customer service team.

Main responsibilities:
– All administrative processes of the Customer Service department
– Providing exceptional customer service to our internal customers and support to the customer service team
– Primarily assigned to online / electronic activities without the inbound customer interactions
– Manages product and service complaints: monitoring and processing offline requests, administrative tasks
– Responsible for supporting teams’ operations on various tasks and rquests as per need
– Works and leverages relations with other company departments and sister companies.

Start: Immediately
Location: Prague – Palmovka
Salary: 40 – 45 000 CZK/month

Requirements

– Fluent in English and French (C1)
– Good administrative skills
– Detail oriented and precise
– Excellent communication skills in writing
– Skilled with Microsoft Office
