We are looking for a suitable candidate for the world’s largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.
Your main responsibilities will be:
– Responsible for maintenance of vendor records in ERP systems
– Interacting with vendors and customers to obtain necessary information and documentation
– Daily processing of requests in various ERP systems
– Ensuring that vendor records are in compliance with company policies, government regulations, and accounting standards
– Evaluating vendor management processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
– Data analysis and reporting
– Fraud and cyber security threat detection
Location: Prague 3
Limited contract with a possibility of prolongation
Start: immediately
Requirements
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
– active knowledge of English min. B2+
– fluency in French, min. B2
– analytical and logical thinking
– accuracy or/and customer service mindset
– experience from finance and administration
– attention to detail
