Are you an experienced manager in the field of Assistance Services?

We are looking for an experienced and proactive candidate for the position of ASSISTANCE CENTER OPERATIONS MANAGER for our client operating in the Assistance Centers industry.

Key responsibilities:

– Implementation of the company’s business strategy
– Controlling the performance of assistance services

– Leading a team of Assistance managers

– Capacity planning within assistance projects, control of assistance workload

– Obtaining feedback from assistance supervisors and maintaining the effectiveness of assistance services

– Monitoring costs

– Supporting the implementation of automated processes

– Working closely with the General Manager and Deputy Assistance Manager
– Working with other departments within the company

– International cooperation

Requirements

– University degree
– Min. 5 years of experience in Assistance or similar industry
– Experience in leading a team
– Knowledge of MS office tools
– Fluent in English + proficiency in any other language
– Great communicator, customer oriented, result oriented and reliable
