We are offering an opportunity in Customer Care in Greece, where you will assist customers with their inquiries and create amazing customer experience.

Job description

  • Providing professional and efficient customer support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to products, services, or accounts.
  • Offering personalized assistance and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Staying updated on company products, services, and policies.

Requirements

  • Native or advanced proficiency in Czech/Slovak.
  • Strong command of English (B2-C1), both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
  • Relocation to Athens, Greece (relocation package provided).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with basic computer systems and ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage but not required.
