Are you an experienced marketing professional looking to lead a dynamic team within an international corporation? We are searching for a Department Manager Marketing CZ to oversee marketing strategies, loyalty programs, and branding initiatives for a leading fuel retailer in the Czech Republic.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute the local marketing plan in alignment with international guidelines. Manage advertising, loyalty programs, and brand communication.
  • Online Presence: Manage local online communication, including website content and digital campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 4, fostering professional growth and ensuring performance alignment with company goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, retail management, and international marketing teams.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 9 years of professional experience, including 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Fluency in Czech (C2) and English (C1).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in marketing within an international corporate environment is essential.
