We are looking for a Payroll Process Specialist, who is responsible for analyzing and improving payroll processes and systems for an organization. The analyst will work closely with the payroll department, finance, human resources, and other stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job description

  • Analyze current payroll processes and systems, identify areas of improvement
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams to implement payroll policies and procedures
  • Develop payroll reports and metrics to monitor and evaluate payroll processes
  • Evaluate payroll software and tools to improve payroll processes
  • Provide training payroll team members on new processes and systems
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement payroll system updates


  • Experience in payroll analysis and process improvement
  • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations for EMEA countries
  • Experience with payroll software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
