Job description

  • Making sure purchase requisition processes run smoothly
  • Acting as point of contact for interactions between requestors, business partners and other internal stakeholders
  • Sorting low touch, high touch and no touch transactions and providing guidance accordingly
  • Providing assistance with processes such as creating requisitions or creating, receiving and closing purchase orders
  • Managing requisitions in the internal system
  • Providing end-user support for electronic marketplaces
  • Making sure correct supplier data is collected in a timely manner


  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Focus on customer service and communication skills
  • Communicative English at least at B2 level
  • Strong MS Excel skills and good skills in other MS Office tools
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement or R2P, sourcing, accounts payable or accounting processes
  • Prior knowledge of CRM systems or ticketing systems is a plus
