Job description

  • invoice posting and end-to-end process execution
  • purchase order reports maintenance
  • validate and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries with vendors or business partners
  • collaborate with own team, procurement and other departments to accurately match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
  • review and reconcile supplier statements, invoices, payments and general ledger accounts
  • audit support and reports preparation
  • posting of goods receipts in the system
  • preparing the supporting documentation for the payment run

Requirements

  • ability to work full-time – 40 hours/week
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field
  • 2 years of experience on a similar role
  • English on communication level (B2)
  • strong MS Office skills
