Job description

  • act as an onsite and virtual operations subject matter expert and key POC for the coordination and production of company programs
  • integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of the course owners of the programs of our virtual and onsite production end-to-end learning delivery operation
  • support the ongoing development, deployment, and continuous improvement of our new Onsite Production Capability actively collaborating and communicating with course owners and project team
  • handles the operational execution and others such as guest arrival scheduling, procedures, program materials, initial planning, and execution to post-event review
  • establishes and maintains relationships with catering vendors to ensure all menus are crafted and flawlessly implemented based on the program’s nutrition guidelines as well as guest dietary allergies and preferences
  • ensures a high-quality, engaging, and memorable experience for all event participants

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of related experience
  • English at least B2
  • ability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
