Jobspin Multilingual Job Fair To Be Postponed Until Autumn Due To Risk Of Spread Of Coronavirus

On Tuesday, March 10th, the National Security Council decided to ban all public gatherings with more than 100 people, and a few days later a state of emergency and quarantine were imposed to halt the spread of Covid-19 across the country. In accordance with the new regulations, the Jobspin Multilingual Job Fairs have been postponed until Autumn this year (October 24th in Brno and November 21st in Prague). Czech Rep., Mar 18 (BD) – Unfortunately, the measures taken by the Czech government will prevent us from holding the event in April; we have decided to postpone the Prague Jobspin Job Fair to November 21st and the Brno Jobspin Job Fair to October 24th. The new dates have been agreed with both venues – Anglo-American University in Prague and Trznice Zelny Trh in Brno.

In order to make up for the missed opportunity to find a perfect job this Spring, Jobspin will offer visitors the possibility to reach out to the exhibiting employers and find out more about their career opportunities in the virtual environment. Registered visitors can expect to be contacted by the Jobspin team this or next week via email.

Additionally, a new online CV database will be published on Jobspin’s website in the coming weeks, where job-seekers can upload their CVs, helping employers find the perfect candidates for their current vacancies.

In the meantime, all visitors should feel free to visit Jobspin’s website at www.jobspin.cz to find and apply for current job offers.

While the situation is unfortunately out of our control, we would nonetheless like to express our regret that there will be no physical career event this spring for job-seekers and employers to find their perfect match. We appreciate your understanding and would like to thank everyone for their interest in the Jobspin Job Fairs.

We hope to see you all this autumn!
